Meet Joseph Elisha, MD

Joseph Elisha, MD is more than a seasoned anesthesiologist - he’s a storyteller, community advocate, and the voice behind I'll Ask the Questions Around Here, a podcast dedicated to exploring the real human experiences of life in the Coachella Valley and beyond.

After moving to the Palm Springs area in 1996, Dr. Elisha built a distinguished medical career that spans over 30 years. From his early days at Desert Regional Medical Center to founding independent anesthesia groups across multiple states, his journey reflects leadership, innovation, and deep commitment to patient care. He’s held key roles including Medical Director at one of Tenet Health’s busiest outpatient surgery centers, and he currently oversees a pediatric dental surgery center serving families across the valley.

But it’s his love for this community that led him to launch his podcast, I'll Ask the Questions Around Here, a space where local voices are heard, and everyday victories and challenges are brought to light. Through meaningful, heartfelt conversations, Dr. Elisha invites listeners into the lives of neighbors, leaders, and changemakers, celebrating the spirit of the region he’s called home for nearly three decades.
